29 companies chosen out of 100 applicants… Collaborating in smart city sector with high-speed eVTOL technology
To participate in major exhibitions in Saudi Arabia and Dubai in the second half of the year, accelerating entry into the Middle East market
Future advanced air mobility (AAM) solutions company Airbility Inc. has been named one of the final selected companies in the “2025 SME Middle East Market Entry Support Program,” organized by the Saudi Arabian government and leading investment agencies on August 27.
This initiative is part of a global acceleration program aimed at discovering and supporting promising Korean SMEs in four next-generation industries—AI, bio, content, and smart cities—by providing opportunities to expand into the Middle East market.
During its presentation, Airbility showcased its high-speed AI-powered eVTOL platform, highlighting applications such as:
- Drone as a First Responder for disaster response and emergency logistics within smart cities
- Large-scale ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) support
- Counter-drone (C-UAS) solutions
- Tourism and mobility service integration
Airbility’s eVTOL solutions were especially recognized for their quiet and eco-friendly air mobility features, enabling safe support for large-scale events (such as the Hajj pilgrimage) and addressing smart city transportation needs, while also providing rapid transport of relief supplies, medical goods, and defense materials during emergencies.

In the second half of 2025, Airbility plans to present its high-speed eVTOL technologies spanning both smart city and defense applications at major global exhibitions, including SADEX, BIBAN, Dubai Airshow, and GITEX, further driving its expansion in the Middle East and worldwide.
